The Great West Truck Show – Las Vegas Press Conference Room will be located in N263.  It will be staffed during show hours and move in.

Scheduling

Please fill out the Press Conference Reservation Form to secure your time slot. Exhibitors who held press conferences during GWTS 2008 will be given first choice of days and times through Thursday, May 2. After Thursday, May 2, 2008 all conferences will be scheduled by date received on a first come, first serve basis.

If you would prefer to hold your press conference in your booth or in a meeting room, please contact Show Management for approval.

If you plan to have a press conference after show hours, please indicate the time and location so we can help you notify the press and avoid time conflicts.

Press Conference Room Supplies

Chairs, tables, and audiovisual equipment are provided by The Great West Truck Show – Las Vegas in the press conference room. Exhibitors will be responsible for renting all equipment and furniture if your press conference will be held in your booth or in a meeting room.

Exhibitors must arrange and pay for any catering needs for all locations. Please contact the Aramark Sales Manager, Paris Magasiny at 702-943-6904 for more information.

Press Kits, News Releases & Fliers

Members of the press will receive a Great West Truck Show – Las Vegas 2008 Press Kit. It will include the complete press schedule, meeting and seminar schedules and other pertinent information. The kits will be mailed May 21, 2008.

Please remember to bring your press kits, news releases or fliers announcing what’s new for your company or any events you’ll be having during the show to the Press Center. A table will be prominently set up to display all material received.

If you prefer to ship or mail your press materials, please list your company name and booth number on all packages and send to the address below. Plan for all materials to arrive for the show by June 17, 2008.
