Q: What is the Great West Truck Show?
A: The Great West Truck Show is the only major Truck Show held annually in the western United States. The show was formally known as the Truck Show Las Vegas. The name was changed to the Great West Truck Show in 2008 to reflect the increased reach and scope of the event.

When Randall-Reilly Publishing, LLC purchased the Truck Show Las Vegas in February 2007, the California Trucking Association made the decision to become the premiere sponsor of the event. This means The Great West Truck Show will continue to be the only major trucking event to be held in the Western US on an annual basis.

Q: Who should attend the Great West Truck Show?
A: Anyone utilizing heavy or medium duty trucks within their businesses. That includes owner operators, for-hire trucking company management, company drivers, private fleets and all others aligned with the trucking industry.

Directions:
From McCarran International Airport:
Exit the Airport on Swenson Street, heading North. Go Straight on Swenson Street. Make a Left onto Flamingo Road, heading West. Turn Right onto Koval Lane. Make a Left onto Sands Avenue.

From Henderson (US95 & Lake Mead Drive): Take Lake Mead Drive West, which will turn into I-215. Take I-215 West to I-15 North. Take I-15 North to Spring Mountain Road East. Turn Right onto Sands Avenue.

From Downtown Las Vegas: Go North on Fourth Street to enter US-95 West. Take US95 West and immediately merge onto I-15 South.Take I-15 South to Spring Mountain East.Turn Right onto Sands Avenue.

Q: How much does it cost to attend the Great West Truck Show?
A: Attendance is free if you pre-register on our website or by calling the Randall Reilly Events group at (888)349-4287. If you do not pre-register, you may register to attend the show on-site. The cost for on-site registration is $10 for adults. Children 16 years and younger are free.

Q: Is there Truck Parking available?
A: Yes, there is free Truck Parking available across the street from the Sands Expo and Convention Center in the CPW Lot, just past Koval Lane on Sands Ave. For maps/directions to the lot please follow this link.

Q: Is there car parking at the Sands Expo and Convention Center?
A: Yes, free parking is available at either the Venetian Hotel or the Palazzo Hotel. Both are connected to the Sands Expo center.

Q: How do I enter my truck in the Truck Beauty competition?
A: For Information or to register for any of the Overdrive’s Pride and Polish Truck Beauty Competitions please call Linda Meaux at (205) 248-1361 or visit www.prideandpolish.com. Specific information on the 2013 Competition at the Great West Truck Show will be available in March.

Q: Where can I find local Hotels that are close to the Convention Center?

Q: Can I park my RV or Camper in the Truck Parking Lot at the Sands Expo and Convention Center?
A: The Sands does not allow RV/Camper or overnight parking. If you are planning on bringing your RV, check out the Circus Circus KOA Campground at www.koa.com. This campsite is located on the strip. For more information, you can email them at lasvegas@koa.net or give them a call at 702-733-9707.

Q: Are wheelchairs/scooters available for rent?
A:  Yes, More information and link to reserve your scouter will be available soon.  

Q: Can I bring my pet to the Great West Truck Show?
A: Unfortunately, animals and pets are not permitted (with exception to guide dogs, signal dogs and other animals individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability) inside the Sands Expo and Convention Center.
